エックスベースのソールの方が縦への推進力、反発性があるものの、アディゼロベースのソールだとより屈曲性が良く、身体の感覚も変わりにくい印象
ラグビーだとエックスくらい反発のあるものでも良いと思いますが、デュポン選手には感覚的に合わなかったのかもしれませんね
